singing sleeping going to the bathroom etc
Math can only be related to ideas or concepts that can be precisely defined.
Sometimes a concept such as as singing can be given a precise definition and so math can be used to study it. For example singing might be defined as musical notes- sound waves of certain frequencies, etc and regular timing , etc. Of course, someone can say that this definition does not fit his idea of singing and even the definer may concede that the definition is only an approximation, but close enough to be useful. I think efforts have been made to quantify sleep and study it and if so, a mathematical theory of sleep seem possible. ( I won't get into going to the bathroom.)
