The sewage pipe from the home to the tank must drop from the horizontal between 1 in 80 and 1 in 40 to ensure the water and solids stay together in transit.
then the slope is x=y. there is no slope.
Examples of slope: http://www.answers.com/topic/slope http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slope
Yes, it is true; slope zero is no slope.
X=5 is a vertical line, so it has no slope. When I say it has no slope, I don't mean the slope is 0, I mean the slope is nonexistent.
A flying slope if you are talking about the ship...
a tank
There is no gas tank on a cruise ship. There are fuel tanks, which hold the bunker fuel and they are usually located in the bilge of the ship. (Compartments below the waterline)

fuel tank
LCT-Landing Craft, Tank LCI-Landing Craft, Infantry LCM-Landing Craft, Medium LSD-Landing Ship, Dock (a floating Dry-Dock for ship/boat repairs) LST-Landing Ship, Tank
It would need to be empty, have the valve open, and it needs to have the cover off. It isn't good for your tank, so you might as well just rent a tank at the dive shop there, if that was what you were thinking. It is expensive to ship a scuba tank as well.
Landing ship tank-type of vessel
The allied forces had access to over 1213 warships over 200 auxiliaries and 3500 landing craft. This included LST (landing ship tank) LSI (landing ship infantry) and LSTR(landing ship tank rocket)
of course you can't because there may be some gas still in the tank without you realising and could be very dangerous you can ship out but prior to that you have to inform shipping line that there may be residue and they will be requiring IMO dangers goods declaration. Once it is approved you can ship out.
