Slide the Top Lever to the right to open the chamber. Turn the shotgun upside down. Look at the end of the barrel between the receiver and barrel. Get a flashlight and you'll see a series of numbers stamped in the bottom of the barrel.
They measure the width of the gun barrel in fractions of an inch. A 38 caliber will be .38 of an inch. The bullet projectile itself is a little less wide.
Why would you ask such a question? Is this a TEST?? Do YOU know the answer?? Do you have one? What is the serial number? what is the caliber? how long is the barrel? Is it a takedown or solid frame? have you asked the record keepers? Do they even know? HOHR barrels are rare and having seen some of the old records, it is quite possible that this question has no good answer because they did not always write down all of the information about every gun that left the factory. They were offered in the catalogs, but seldom ordered. Most buyers did not have the time or money to wait for a special order gun. DON guncollector@att.net
Impossible to find out unless you provide who made it. Even then, you will need to provide a detailed description of all markings, barrel length, caliber, grip material, finish, and all markings.

The caliber of a Philadelphia derringer with Jukar 054167 Jukar stamped on the barrel is not known. There isn't enough information to determine what the caliber would be. A gun collector would be a good person to ask.
