I have asked several doctors and pharmacists re: exactly THIS!!! Everyone who would like this to be true is severely disappointed. Sadly enough, ammoxicillin does NOT show up as cocaine, no matter how bad we all wish that it did. Ask around yourself, don't just trust a total stranger (like me..) on this site! If you find out different, please leave me a message on my board so I can test it myself and advise others as to my findings! Thanks! - D39 Don't be an idiot!! Those doctors and other medical professionals are not gonna tell you the truth about that question. That would leave a major loop hole for drug addicts and people on parole to get around. Just like all the dumb lies they tell about marijuana. I have had a false positive on a test in regards to this. I was shocked to be told that I'm on cocaine. I started to research what the possibly could have happened. That is the only thing that makes sense. I did take ammoxicillin for a chest infection. I get respiratory infections pretty frequent. I have all those meds around my house. ammoxicillin, codeine cough syrup, steroids and Albuterol. The one drug I don't have is cocaine... I did not not take anything other then the ammoxicillin so I'm gonna have to go with the answer being that it is definitely possible.
