Presumably it's a right angle triangle so use Pythagoras' theorem and let the hypotenuse be (x+21.2) the height be (x+18.55) and the base be x:-

(x+21.2)2-(x+18.55)2 = x2

If: (x2+42.4x+449.44)-(x2+37.1x+344.1025) = x2

Then: -x2+5.3x+105.3375 = 0

Solving the above by means of the quadratic equation formula gives x a positive value of 13.25

So the dimensions are: hypotenuse 34.45 cm, height 31.8 and base 13.25 cm

Area = 0.5*31.8*13.25 = 210.675 square cm

What is the largest angle of a triangle with sides of 5.8cm by 14.1cm by 8.3cm showing work?

Such a triangle would be impossible to construct with the given 3 dimensions because in order to construct a triangle the sum of its 2 shortest sides must be greater than the length of its longest side.

What is the area of triangle A B C whose coordinates are -3 7 and 2 19 and 10 7 respectively showing work?

Plotting the coordinates it is an isosceles triangle with equal sides of 13 and a base of 4*sq rt of 13 with a height of 3*sq rt of 13 Area = 0.5*(4*sq rt of 13)*(3*sq rt of 13) = 78 square units

Can you name 3 different triangles with showing the picture?

Three triangles are: scalene, which has three sides of different lengths, isosceles, which has two sides with the same length, and equilateral, which has three sides that are all the same length. In the picture, the scalene triangle is triangle RST, the isosceles triangle is triangle XYZ, and the equilateral triangle is triangle ABC. If two sides or more sides of a triangle have a little line on them, then they are the same length. Click on the related link, "Three Triangles", to see them.

Does a equilateral triangle have right angle?

Only right triangles have right angles. An equilateral triangle though can't have a right angle because all the angles in any type of triangle must add up to 180 degrees. For each angle to be equilateral, they must be 60 degrees, showing that there is no angle at 90 degrees in an equilateral triangle, which would signify that it would be right.

Is Shattered Glass the shortest song Britney Spears has made?

Actually she has made other short songs but not really showing them to people I think but mostly it really is her most shortest song but if she makes more shorter songs of course those would be the shortest songs.

Why pythagoras is applicable in right angled triangle?

I won't explain it in depth but the simple answer is because if you take and identical right triangle then you can arrange them to make a rectangle. I've attached a link to an animation showing it rearranging a triangle to show the relationship.
