well there are three rectangles and 2 triangles so it could be either a rectangle or a triangle!!!!

Prism is a body, formed by extruding a given area in a plane perpendiclar to that plan which consists the give area. In case of triangular prism, triangle is stretched to form a volume. It includes two triangles with threee rectangles. Either of triangle can be treated as base of the prism.
A triangular prism can have a square or triangular base, but faces are normally triangles. (I think)
The base of a triangular prism is a triangle and the base of a square pyramid is a square.
A prism can have a triangular cross-section with a rectangular base
triangular prism- formula: Abh(area of the base * height)
Well if it is a octagonal prism then no because there is a front base and a back base. For a triangular prism, that has 1 base because it is flat on the bottom. And it is pointy at the top where the triangles meet. Rectangular prism -same as triangular prism
A triangular prism can have a square or triangular base.
a triangular prism is different from a rectangular prism because: their names are different a triangular prism has a triangle for its' base a rectangular prism has a rectangle base a triangular prism has less sides than a rectangular prism a rectangular prism has more sides than a triangular prism
A triangular prism can have a square or triangular base, but faces are normally triangles. (I think)
A Square prism has a square base a triangular has a trianguler base
A triangular PYRAMID has a triangular base.
Every prism has a base. For a triangular prism the base is a triangle.
A triangular prism has a triangular base. A square-based prism has a square base. A prism with an n-sided base will have 2n vertices, n + 2 faces, and 3n edges.
The base of a triangular prism is a triangle and the base of a square pyramid is a square.
