Do past papers. I was in your exact position last year, just know the material (going through revision guides, asking your teachers ect) and do plenty of past papers. Questions are always repeated so if you know the types of questions that will come up you'll do well

The best way to revise for maths is to simply make a start at looking through your excersise book and write down all of the stuff that you are unsure of and spend most time practising that. You could even write some questions down for you to answer! - but remember it's an exam!
