Depends on which place you're rounding to--if it's the tenths you want, it's 0.7, if it's the hundredths, it's 0.67, thousandths, 0.667, etc.
On a calculator, 2 ÷ 3 may appear as 0.666666666.
If it isn't specified and you want to be most exact, you might want to put down something like 0.6 with a horizontal line above the 6 to indicate a recurring decimal. I can't find a function that will let me draw it with that line, but it's pretty easy to visualize :)
