Since 0 cannot be in the first place of the 4-digits number, we have 9 x 10 x 10 x 10 = 9,000 combinations.
10 x 10 = 100 5 x 20 = 100 4 x 25 = 100 2 x 50 = 100
210 x 10 = 2100 220 x 10 = 2200 230 x 10 = 2300 240 x 10 = 2400 250 x 10 = 2500
The number of possibilities is 9 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 9 = 8,100,000.
(X/3) - 11 =10 X/3 = 21 X = 63

"After extensive research regarding this topic, I have discoverd that the Lancer EVO X is a Suberu vehicle made by Mitsubisi. I also discovered that it is now discontinued."
You can make any non-EVO Lancer perform past that of an EVO with a turbo kit, bolt-on upgrades, etc. The big difference between the EVO (and Ralliart for this topic), and your typical 2002 OZ Rally Lancer is that the EVO and Ralliart have all-wheel drive. While it is possible to upgrade your car to this capability, the cost is enough that I don't want do consider it. Overall, to make say my loaded 2008 GTS perform like an EVO X - pardon, I can outperform an EVO X - I'd spend less money on my GTS upgrading it than I would on the EVO itself, and considering the benefit of my vehicle being not listed as an EVO from the factory, my insurance cost would be less than half (I looked into it, this is why I bought the GTS instead of the EVO). So considering that, I'd go with my GTS and no AWD any day.
The Evo X has a top speed that is electronically limited to 249 km/h
