It depends how fast you are going.

For Ex.

Bob runs 5 mph

so you would divide that to find out how many miles he runs in 1 minute

5 divided by 60 ( 60 minutes in an hour) = 0.083 miles per second

and then you divide that by 2 because you want to find half of a minute (30 second)

The answer then is 0.0145

So the mathematical sentence would be:

Bob ran a distance of 0.0145 in 30 seconds while going at the speed of 5mph simultaneously.
