For any given polygon, the exterior angles will sum to 360 degrees. Thus, for a regular polygon, dividing by the number of exterior angles (the same as the number of sides) will produce the exterior angle. For a dodecagon (12 sides), 360/12=30 degrees.

You can also find the interior angle easily because the interior and exterior angles are supplementary: 180-30=150 degrees for an interior angle.
