You can download a DxDiag file by running the DirectX Diagnostic Tool on your Windows computer. To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog, type "dxdiag," and hit Enter. Once the tool opens, click on "Save All Information" to export the DxDiag file to your desired location. The file will be saved as a text document that you can access later.
