The greatest common multiple of 10 and 18 is infinite.

However, I suspect you want either:

  • the greatest common factor of 10 and 18 which is the largest number which divides both 10 and 18 and is 2; or
  • the lowest common multiple of 10 and 18 which is smallest number into which both 10 and 18 divide (ie the smallest number which is a multiple of both 10 and 18) and is 90
