The issuing bank identifying letter and number is printed on the obverse of all US $1 banknotes. A1 indicates that the note was issued by the Boston Federal Reserve Bank.
To what I can find, there never was a 1 million dollar paper money note. I remember reading once in the Guinness Book of World Records, that the highest US Bank note ever printed was a $10,000 bill, but their website doesn't really have any kind of search engine for records, and I not longer have that book. I did find several references on the internet to $10,000 bill being the highest, and one stating that there was a $100,000 bill, but the largest circulated bill was the $10,000 bill.
The opposite of "least" is "largest" or "greatest". However, note that there is no such thing as the largest counting number.
See the link below for a picture and explanation.

Sorry, but what you have seen is a bogus note that has been printed privately. The largest U.S. note in circulation is $100, and the highest value ever printed was a $100,000 note used for internal money transfers. It never circulated publicly.

No, the $1,000 bill was the largest denomination of US currency ever in general circulation. It was last printed in 1945 and officially discontinued in 1969. Currently, the highest denomination is the $100 bill.
The U.S. has never printed a $1 million note so none of them are real. The largest note printed by the U.S. was a $100,000 note with President Woodrow Wilson's portrait on it (Series 1934). However, these were only used for transactions between Federal Reserve Banks and were not available to the general public. The largest bill currently printed is the $100 bill with a portrait of Benjamin Franklin.
