∙ 11y agoThis is assumed to be a 'rise over run' scenario. The 1 would be the rise, and the 15 would be the run. That is to say that for every 15(insert units here) run, or length, you will have 1 rise(insert unit here) or height.

∙ 11y agoIf the bicycle travels 4 miles for the car's 30 miles, then if you divide both numbers by 3 you'll see that the bicycle travels 1 and 1/3rd miles for each 10 miles that the car travels. So, if the car travels a further 10 miles (and has now gone 40 miles) the bicycle will travel a further 1 and 1/3rd miles and its total travelled would be 5 and 1/3rd miles.
The red car travels 20 m in 2 secs so its average velocity is 10 ms-1, which is greater than the blue car.
95 km/h
(distance the car travels) divided by (time it takes to cover that distance)
If you are asking, "What is the meaning of the word 'variables' ", then a variable is an amount, one of the facts given, in a question. In the question, "How fast is a car going that travels 10 km in one hour?" The variables are: * 10 km in distance * 1 hour of time.
With slope, there are four different kinds of slope: positive, negative, zero, and undefined. Positive slope is an upward climb, so the car would exert more energy, time, and gas trying to ascend. On the other hand, negative slope travels downward, so a car could use the same amount of energy as the car above and go farther. Zero slope is a straight horizontal line, so the distance the car would travel would be around an average between the distance travelled on the positive slope and the negative slope. Undefined slope is a straight vertical line, so it is nearly impossible for a car to gain any distance without extreme momentum.
It would be a straight line with a positive slope as the car travels at a constant speed. The slope of the line represents the speed of the car - steeper slope means greater speed.
the steep slope was heading into my car
The phrase "concessionario auto" is a phrase from the Italian language. When translated into English it becomes "car dealer" and has the same meaning of an individual who buys and sells vehicles.
If the slope is 'uphill' then the car is going faster
take a spin in my car.... ummm....see how my life is compared to yours?
If a car travels at a constant speed of 60 miles per hour, then the graph of distance vs. time will be a straight line with a slope of 60. This means that for every hour that passes, the car will have traveled 60 miles. The equation for this line would be y = 60x, where y is the distance traveled in miles and x is the time in hours.
The fact that the car is parked illegally or not has no bearing on who is at fault. The car that slid down the slope is at fault.
By car.
Gravity is the force that makes the car move faster down the slope. As the car descends, gravity pulls it downhill, increasing its speed. The steeper the slope, the greater the acceleration due to gravity.
