usermaatre setepenre = The Justice of Re is Powerful, Chosen of Re
More interesting is the first part of the name (User) which might be 3ozeir in Arabic who according to the Qur'aan the Children of Israel called the son of God. It also happens to be a the correct pronunciation of Osiris (the 'is' at the end is a Greek addition) which would, without the Greek ending, be Osir or 3ozeir. In addition Isis, without the greek ending becomes Is which also happens to be a god/idol the arabs worshipped in pre-Islamic times called 3ozza. Arabic, like Ancient Egyptian mostly used constants so without knowing how the words were actually pronounced we wouldnt know if Is , Is, Os, Us or even As. Most probably it was Os corresponding to the Pre-islamic Arabic God 3ozza.
