An exterior angle of a regular polygon with n sides is 360/n degrees. So in the case of a decagon that would be 36 degrees. The interior angle is its supplement so 180 - 36 = 144 degrees.

Furthermore, a non-regular decagon could have an interior angle with any value in the range (0, 360) degrees. The only constraint is that the sum of all ten interior angles is 1440 degrees.
