although cereal has a bunch of carbs it is pretty healthy as long as its not coco puffs or fruit loops or captain crunch or any artificial cereal that has trans fat. i would recommend kashi cereal or granola with raisins and real fruit. and then if you're not trying to watch your weigh just increase your metabolism and energy then go for the popular breakfast eggs, pancakes, bacon, o.j, toast and fruit bowl. that is the best for you energy wise since it has so much carbohydrates but a lot of cholesterol.
