If you wish to communicate information, I suggest you call it a 30-sided polyhedron or a 30-hedron. Although the prefix for 30 is triaconta so that the "proper" name is triacontahedron, I suggest you keep it simple. Not only is the use of long Greek prefices pretentious, you will only annoy the reader who will probably have to consult a dictionary.
A 30 sided polygon is known as a Triacontagon.
An icosahedron is a 20-sided figure. It also has 30 edges.
I find the name "30-sided polygon", "40-sided polygon", etc. just fine.
A 30 sided shape is called a Triacontagon.
A triacontagon is a thirty-sided polygon.
I believe it is tridecahedron.

An icosahedron is a 20-sided figure. It also has 30 edges.
That depends on the kind of polyhedron. There are five kinds of regular polyhedra (all edges of equal length).Tetrahedron (four-sided pyramid) has 6 edgesHexahedron (cube) has 12 edgesOctahedron (eight-sided solid) has 12 edgesDodecahedron (12-sided solid) has 30 edgesIcosahedron (20-sided solid) has 30 edgesIt is also possible to have a polyhedron that is not regular, with almost any number of sides and edges.
30 x 90 ie 2700o
Who knows? Well, maybe me.... I think it might be a decicosagon, because I figure that all polygons from 21-30 end in icosagon, and because all the 13-20 begin with the 3-9 sided shape names.. (apart from 19, with is the enneadecagon of course) the answer will be... A. Decicosagon
a 30 sided shape
A 3D 5 sided shape is called a dodecahedron. It is a solid with 20 vertices, 30 edges and 12 equal pentagonal triangular faces.
I find the name "30-sided polygon", "40-sided polygon", etc. just fine.
