There is no such word as perpundicular.
Perpendicular means "at right angles" or "at 90 degrees". Sometimes it is used to refer to things that are vertical or upright, since these are perpendicular to the ground or base.
In an isosceles triangle, one of the medians is perpendicular to the opposite side of that triangle. In an equilateral triangle, all three medians are perpendicular to the sides of that triangle.
