True means it is a proven fact; it is right or correct. False means it is not correct or not true.
You don't. Either you know the material or you don't. There's no good way of guessing on a true-false test.

It could be that 'true and false' refer to the statement in the question text and not the correctness of the answer
I am guessing this is a true or false question, because that statement is FALSE
True. When there are only two answers, so guessing should give you a 50% or 1 out of 2 chance of getting the right answer.
The correct answer to this question in FALSE.
Is this a question or a statement? YOU IDIOT. THIS IS A TRUE OR FALSE QUESTION. EITHER ANSWER IT CORRECTLY OR DON'T, BUT DON'T WASTE OUR TIME WITH YOUR STUPIDITY OF ASKING IF ITS A STATEMENT OR A QUESTION AS YOUR ANSWER. CORRECT ANSWER IS: FALSE
This may not be true but I'm guessing (seeing as pseudo means false) that it is a false or fake name
The probability of correct true & false question is 1/2 and the probability correct multiple choice (four answer) question is 1/4. We want the probability of correct, correct, and correct. Therefore the probability all 3 questions correct is 1/2 * 1/2 * 1/4 = 1/16.
