The second statement is false.
A rectangle is defined as "a parallelogram with one right angle" A parallelogram is defined as "a quadrilateral with opposite sides equal and parallel" This makes a rectangle a sort of second-generation quadrilateral!
The measurement of the second parallelogram can be found by using given information in the problem.
A quadrilateral has four angles. There is information on only three so there are infinitely many possible answers.
Well, there are actually 4 angles "of" a parallelogram. If you know one of them, you also have a second one and can calculate the others (since they all add up to 360º, and there are two pairs of equal angles). If not, use a protractor.

The diagonals divide the quadrilateral into four sections. You can then use the bisection to prove that opposite triangles are congruent (SAS). That can then enable you to show that the alternate angles at the ends of the diagonal are equal and that shows one pair of sides is parallel. Repeat the process with the other pair of triangles to show that the second pair of sides is parallel. A quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel lines is a parallelogram.

Without the context or specific sentences provided, it is difficult to determine the relationship between the first and second sentences. The second sentence could provide additional information, give an example, or provide a contrasting viewpoint to the first sentence.
you wrote "Can A parallelogram is a rectangle?" which does not make sense. have you made a mistake and not realised or is English your second language or something.
The measurement of the second parallelogram can be found by using given information in the problem.
"Is" is the second word of the question, "What is the second word of this sentence?"
What were the knight's crime, his original sentence, and his second sentence?

The parallelogram law of forces says that the sum of two forces is equivalent to the parallelogram formed by placing the first vector as starting from the origin and the second starting from the head of the first. This can be proven through trigonometric derivation of triangle angles and sides.
