Opposite numbers rule
First you do the square root, then the multiplication, then the addition.
Multiplication
multiplication
A square number is the product of an integer multiplied by itself.
There cannot be such a pair. a2 and b2 when multiplied together give a2b2 = (ab)2 So if two square numbers are multiplied together, their product is a square. 12 is not a square so the two numbers cannot exist.
describe the pattern the square numbers make on the multiplication table
The result of an exponent is called a product, because it is just repeated multiplication. If an amount is multiplied by itself it is a squared exponent. If that amount is multiplied again by the same amount, it is cubed. If again, it is to the fourth power, and so on. A square square numbers

Apart from 1, the rest are all composite. square numbers can be multiplied by at least 1, themselves and the number that they are multiplied to get that far (or more)!!
