You have to split the oblique line.

Ex: Name the oblique line Fz

You'd have to split Fz in 2 lines :

FzX and FzY(Which are parallel to the other 2 lines)

Then you can solve the quesion :)

The vector sum of three vectors gives a resultant equal to zero What can you say about the vectors?

With three vectors spaced 120 degrees apart and with identical magnitudes the vector sum will be 0.

Can two vectors having different magnitudes be combined to give a zero resultant can three vectors?

Yes, two vectors of different magnitudes can be combined to give a zero resultant if they are equal in magnitude but opposite in direction. For three vectors to give a zero resultant, they must form a closed triangle or meet at a common point where the sum of the vectors equals zero.

Can two vectors having different magnitudes be combined to give a zero resultant.is it possible for three such vectors?

Yes, two vectors with different magnitudes can be combined to give a zero resultant if they are in opposite directions. However, it is not possible for three vectors with different magnitudes to give a zero resultant because they must have specific magnitudes and directions to cancel each other out completely.

How many minimum no of coplaner vectors having different magnitude can be added to given zero resultant?

Two minimum coplanar vectors with different magnitudes can be added to produce a zero resultant by choosing vectors in opposite directions and adjusting their magnitudes appropriately.

Can the resultant of three vectors be zero also define is it possible for two vectors?

Yes. Any number of vectors, two or more, can result in zero, if their magnitudes and directions are just right. One vector can result in zero only if its magnitude is zero.

Can two vectors having different magnitude be compined to give a zero resultant can three vector?

Two vectors, no; three vectors yes.

Under what condition the sum of three vectors will be zero?

The sum of three vectors will be zero if they can form a closed triangle when arranged tip-to-tail. This means the vectors must have magnitudes and directions that cancel each other out to form a closed loop with no resultant vector.

Can three vectors not lying in plane give zero resultant?

Yes, three vectors that do not lie in the same plane can give a zero resultant if they form a closed triangle. This can happen when the vectors cancel each other out due to their directions and magnitudes.

If two vector have equal magnitudes can their sum be zero Explain?

Sum of two vectors can only be zero if they are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. So no two vector of unequal magnitude cannot be added to give null vector. Three vectors of equal magnitude and making an angle 120 degrees with each other gives a zero resultant.

Can three vectors be added using the parallelogram method?

yes since the 3rd vector will be parallel to the resultant of the 1st and 2nd vector

Can three vectors of equal magnitude be combined to give a zero resultant?

Yes, put the three vectors in a plane, with a separation of 120 degrees between each vector and each of the other vectors.
