solar altitude angle= (90 degree - zenith angle )
If a triangle has a 100 degree angle, it is an obtuse triangle because a 100 degree angle is an obtuse angle. angle > 90 = obtuse angle = 90 = right angle < 90 = acute
You haven't said whether 'x' is a side, an angle, or perhaps an altitude of the triangle. But it doesn't matter. One angle and one side is not enough information to calculate any other part of the triangle.
A right triangle.

No.No.No.No.
A right triangle is a triangle in which one angle is a right angle (that is, a 90-degree angle). The relation between the sides and angles of a right triangle is the basis for trigonometry.
The third angle is 68 degrees which makes it a scalene triangle
A right angle triangle
A 90o angle is a right angle, and a triangle with a right angle is called a right triangle.
A right triangle that is also isosceles cannot have an angle of 57 deg 24 sec unless it is in spherical - as opposed to plane, or flat - space.
