There is no standard unit of spherical volume. One would use the same units for describing the volume of any body, i.e. cubic-feet, cubic-meters, cubic-whatever. When one measures a space or object's volume these are the units used with the "cubic" coming from measuring the three dimensions an object takes up in space; length, width and depth. All three measurements must be in the same units; 1ft x 1ft x 1ft = 1 cubic-foot. You'll need the following equation for spherical volume: V= 4/3 x pi x r3 where "r" is the radius of the sphere.
