You simply add the next number in the number line.

0+1 = 1

1+2 = 3

3+3 = 6

6+4 = 10

10+5 = 15

15+6 = 21

15 is your answer.

If you take a look at the middle column of numbers you see you are simply just adding 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 then 5 then 6 then if we continued you would add 7 then 8 then 9... etc.
