You can use some basic algebra. Call the number you are looking
for m, then m/7=4.
Multiply both sides of the equation and you have m=7x4=28
Or you can use "brute force" and make a multiplication table of
multiple of 7. When you get to 4 you note, as below, that 7x4=28.
Of course this is the same answer as above.
1x7= 7
2x7= 14
3x7= 21
4x7= 28
So
28/7= 4
