Any polygon can have a right angle. A right angled triangle is an example.

It can but need not.
A right trapezoid.
right angle triangle
No, no! A RIGHT angle is 90 degrees.
Any polygon, if it is not regular, can have 1 right angle.

A right angle triangle
Any polygon with 4 or more sides can always have a right angle.
No a quadrilateral can't have 3 obtuse angles and 1 right angle because if a polygon did have 3 obtuse angles and 1 right angle then it would not even be a quadrilateral.
There are lots of polygons like that. If by 1 right angle, you mean exactly 1 right angle, there are no such quadrilaterals, but there are pentagons (in fact n-gons for all n>=5.)
either an obtuse, acute, or right angle
a right triangle
There is only one regular polygon which contains right angles - this is a square. None of the other regular polygons from 3 sides and upwards has a right angle.
There is no polygonal shape which has exactly those angles. It is possible for a concave polygon with 6 or more vertices to have the given angles.
No because it just means an angle of 90 degrees.
A triangle.
