The health triangle consists of three key components: physical health, mental/emotional health, and social health. All three parts need to be balanced for overall wellness. Physical health involves exercise, nutrition, and sleep; mental/emotional health focuses on coping with stress and maintaining a positive mindset; and social health emphasizes the importance of relationships and communication. Achieving harmony among these aspects leads to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

There are genetic influences, environmental influences, behavioral influences, and events unforeseen. The biggest influence on your health is your attitude. If you make choices that maximize good influences and minimizes the negative influences, the better odds will be that you will stay healthy.
