No, a 5 by 114.3 bolt pattern will not fit on a 5 by 112 pattern. You can only use the specific bolt pattern on a vehicles tires to ensure that they will fit and be safe to drive on.
Many Landrovers have a 5 on 6.5 pattern. Most 90's discoveries will have this pattern.
