Japanese fighter planes. Also a slang term for "officers". Desiree--The Zeroes were Japanese fighter planes. Our US P47s--P52s and P38s engaged them in dog fights during the war in the Pacific. While I was involved in the Battle for Okinawa I witnessed many of these dog fights in the sky over the Island. Also when our U.S. fighter planes returned from escorting our U.S. Bombers over Japan anytime one of our fighter planes was credited with a Zero kill they were allowed to put their fighter plane through aerobatics over the Island before landing. This was really something to witness. == I think the first answer is accurate. There was one Japanese fighter aircraft that was designated the Zero; the Mitsubishi A6M2. The Zero got its name from its official designation, Navy Type Zero Carrier-Based Fighter (or Reisen), though the Allies code-named it "Zeke." However, the term was used generally to describe any Japanese fighter plane as many of their aircraft looked very similiar. (I'm not sure about the officer part of the answer.) http://www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/factsheets/factsheet.asp?id=471 == The zero (Zero) was one of the most successful fighter pilots of the Japanese Navy in the first half of the war. They seriously outmaneuvered every other aircraft at the time. Only at the end of 1942 and from 1943 that the US managed to counter the Zero with F4U Corsairs, F6F Hellcats, etc.
There is no gazillion. it is just a make up word like one zillion and one jillion. It does mean something.Like, if you have ever heard of a gazillionaire, it prbably just means that they have a lot of money. Here is a list of "illions" just to prove it. million 6 zeroes billion 9 zeroes trillion 12 zeroes quadrillion 15 zeroes quintillion 18 zeroes sextillion 21 zeroes septillion 24 zeroes octillion 27 zeroes nonillion 30 zeroes decillion 33 zeroes undecillion 36 zeroes duodecillion 39 zeroes tredecillion 42 zeroes quattuordecillion 45 zeroes quindecillion 48 zeroes sexdecillion 51 zeroes septendecillion 54 zeroes octodecillion 57 zeroes novemdecillion 60 zeroes vigintillion 63 zeroes googel 100 zeroes. and last but not least, centillion 303 zeroes! If you don't believe me, go to www.jimloy.com/math/billion.htm P.S. Can you see that they have three more zeroes than each other? PEACE OUT
it is written as 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 or with 27 zeroes
There are 6 zeroes in the number 175,000,000.
This is a quintillion, which is a 1 followed by 18 zeroes. A million has 6 zeroes, and a trillion has 12 zeroes.
The plural of zero is "zeros" or "zeroes." Both are used. Examples: John wrote down two zeroes (or zeros). The teacher gave John and Mary zeroes (or zeros) on their tests. There are two zeroes (zeros) in the number one hundred. A quadratic equations has one or two zeroes (zeros).
sixty-three trillion - 63 with twelve zeros. Here's a fun list I yanked from Yahoo answers. million: six zeroes billion: nine zeroes trillion: twelve zeroes quadrillion: fifteen zeroes quintillion: eighteen zeroes sextillion: twenty-one zeroes septillion: twenty-four zeroes octillion: twenty-seven zeroes novillion: thirty zeroes decillion: thirty-three zeroes undecillion: thirty-six zeroes duodecillion: thirty-nine zeroes tredecillion: forty-two zeroes quattuordecillion: forty-five zeroes quindecillion: forty-eight zeroes sexdecillion: fifty-one zeroes septendecillion: fifty-four zeroes octodecillion: fifty-seven zeroes novemdecillion: sixty zeroes vigintillion: sixty-three zeroes

The answer is 0
Well, let's take a moment to appreciate the vastness of the term "Tera." In the world of numbers, Tera represents a trillion, which means there are 12 zeroes in Tera. Isn't that just wonderful? Just imagine all those zeroes coming together to create something truly magnificent.
Trillion has 12 zeroes like 3,000,000,000,000 Next to trillion is quadrillion with 15 zeroes then quintillion with 18 zeroes then sextillion with 21 zeroes
A googol has 100 zeroes. if you multiply it by 100, it will be 100 zeroes times 100 zeroes which equals 1000 zeroes.
Annex zeroes are zeroes that you add to a problem when the problem runs out of numbers to use.
it is written as 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 or with 27 zeroes
There are One Hundred Zeroes in a Googol. 1 googol = 1 × 10100 A One followed by 100 zeroes. A googol is 1 X 10100, so it has 100 zeroes.
It has 4 zeroes. It has 4 zeroes.
There are 6 zeroes in the number 175,000,000.
This is a quintillion, which is a 1 followed by 18 zeroes. A million has 6 zeroes, and a trillion has 12 zeroes.
