Well, many outcomes are based upon age, your body's ability to adjust to the new temporary "lifestyte," and many other things like any medications you take. Your should probably consult your doctor before begning any diet to whic you body is not acustomed. Many people agree that if you fast when you are middle aged or older, it is healthy to fast for maybe a week. that an be good for your body, as long as you drink lots and lots of water. some people even add juice and natural drinks to the fatsing. If you are young in age, though, probobl in your late teens or below, fasting is not usually the smartest thing to do. young bodies are in the process of growing, and they need all of the nutrients as possible at that time. if a young persondoes decide to fast, then he or she should do so for only a day or two. if he or she does it for a long period of time, then passing out or getting extremely sick due to malnutrition is extremely possible. some people fast for religious reasons, but remember: moderation is key when it comes to eating, lifestyles, dieting, and fasting.
