Are they physicly damaged after being run? If not have you tried putting one of the three back in after it was removed and clearing faults to confirm that its bad. If you have a manual look at the wiring diagram for the connector of the sensor and ring the wires back to the computer to make sure you don't have voltage there that should't be or a intermittent ground The 1st answer you got sound correct, but wanted to also add that it's possible that the sensors could be bad from time of buying the product. sometimes the quality of the parts aren't very good and won't hold up.

The Big Red Numbers are located on the front and back of Wally Byam Caravan Club, International (WBCCI) member's Airsteam trailers. The official reasons is to enable other Airstream owners (referred to as Airstreamers) to look up individual vehicles in the WBCCI directory. The numbering system dates back to the club's origins to help identify individual vehicles during caravans such as the Around The World Caravan of 1962. A side benefit noted by Airstreamers is that the Big Red Numbers help caravaners differentiate their own vehicles during large gatherings.

P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit
If I'm not mistaken, I think the camshaft position sensor on these engines is built into the distributor. You'd have to replace the whole thing.
odds are the the crankshaft or the camshaft position sensor
It would bolt in, but will not run. The tone rings for the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors are different.
Camshaft position circuit/sensor malfunction.
Trouble code P0340 means: Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit (Bank 1 or single sensor)
how do you replace a cam shaft sensor in a 2002 3.3L dodge grand caravan
The cam sensor on a 3.0L is inside the distributor.
It is located on the passenger side of the engine, below the upper radiator hose, behind the engine mount bracket. It has a three wire electrical plug, and is held in with one bolt.
Update.......................i think i have found the part on the car just can t find where the other end is located.
Crankshaft sensor is on the back of the bell hosing of the transmission and the camshaft sensor is behind of the motor mount on the left under the coil pack
