Assuming the source of the audio is an RCA female socket, (red and white colors) go to your local Radio Shack or other outlet and purchase Two (2) RCA,single male, double female "Y" cable adapters and Two (2) RCA stereo cables long enough for your needs. Connect each male adapter to your sound source and then connect the Red wire to one adapter and the White wire to the other adapter. Repeat this process with the other RCA cable. Get a Y-adapter with 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo male to dual RCA female, Radio Shack has them. Plug the 1/8" male into your laptop headphone plug and then connect a set of audio( RCA red and white)audio cables from the adapter to your Tv. Match the colors up , usually the white is the left audio and the red is the right audio. Works good on my system.
