It comes before the time signature. The clef comes before the key signature.
N.K.A before a signature means "now known as."

The key signature will come right after the clef on a staff.
Go up a half-step from the last sharp in the key signature.
"CC" stands for "Carbon Copy." When you see "CC" in a signature block, it means that the email or letter is being sent to other people besides the main recipient. For example, if you send an email to your boss and "CC" your colleague, your colleague will also get a copy of the email.

There is not a conversion from cc to MPH, but the more the cc's, the faster it is able to go.
The signature block typically goes after the appendix in a formal document. It is placed at the end of the document to signify the approval or endorsement of the content by the person signing.
The Bank of Hawaii does give medallion signature guarantees. Call before you go, as you will need to bring satisfactory identification with you if you wish to get one.
To get a signature go to messaging. Then click settings, and at the bottom will be signature click on it and make a custom signature.
Go to messages, click settings, go to all messages, then go down to signature.. :)
