I think it's on the passenger side. A lot of debris can get in there.
the oil that is in the oil filter will not drain from the oil pan plug but any oil in oil pan and engine will
remove fan and shroud then about four bolts hold it in the front cover drain radiator.

plug is located under plastic cowl in front of engine must remove cowl 1st than you will see plug. you can drain oil from dipstick with pump also availible at jcwhitney.com works great
