Basic vocabulary and a brush up on The Classics would get you that score.

Write 3.8 over 20 like an up and down fraction. Also set it equal to X over 100. Next you have to cross multiply. Here you should get: 3.8x100=20X. Once you get this far it is like a basic equation. 3.8 times 100 equals 380. Now you should have 380=20X. Next step is taking the 380 and dividing it into 20 and that will give you 19 and cause the question wants to know the percent the correct answer will be 19%.
by tens it's 380 because 0 1 2 3 or 4 in the following digit rounds down and 5 6 7 8 and 9 round up. and by hundreds it's 400.
take it out if the bag, then stretch it out one person per leg. there are 4 rows of those yellow clips: clip down the rows on the outside (with the black [not yellow] circles behind them. after the two of four rows are clipped: raise up on side (half the legs will lock) and get under the tent and clip all the other yellow poles (with the yellow circles behind them). then bring up the other end so all the legs are locked out. then connect the linner and floor. or if you want you can connect the linner before you bring the second side up. it takes probably 4 plus people to set it up.
