First, it doesn´t have to be inches. It could be cm, miles, km or putablocks ...
They all have a 4 on the left side of the dot, so you can ignore this.
You end up with 0.25, 0.246 and 0.308
If you sort these, you´ll get 0.246 < 0.25 < 0.308
So 4.246 is the smallest circumfence and 4.308 is the largest.
If the numbers given aren´t the circumfence, but the radius or diameter, you`ll have to multiply them by 2 x Pi or Pi , but the result stays the same.
