The 10s and 5s

No. The right hand side is always greater - unless both components are zero.
I don't think such a term is used in set theory. A proper subset, on the other hand, is a subset of the set, that is not equal to the set itself. The difference is comparable to the difference between "greater than" and "greater-or-equal", for real numbers.
The term "greater" is used to compare two items or quantities, indicating that one is larger or superior to the other. On the other hand, "greatest" is the superlative form of "great," indicating the highest level of comparison among three or more items or quantities. In essence, "greater" is comparative, while "greatest" is superlative.
Both are precise, but in different contexts. An ounce is a smaller measure so 6 oz has a greater absolute precision. On the other hand, 320 is accurate to 2 significant figures so 320 lbs has greater relative precision.
3Q and 2 nines aka Queens full of Nines. Basically a full house is: 3 Cards + 2 cards. The full house rank is based upon the 3 cards; the higher the better. Lets give an example: AAA99 = Aces full of 9s 999AA = Nines full of Aces The aces full is better, and another example (If both players have Sixes full of X; then the X comes in to play; kind of like a kicker comes into play with pairs) 666QQ = Sixes full of Queens. 666KK = Sixes full of Kings. The 666KK hand would be better.
the hour hand

The fingers on your hand!
The three sevens beat the three fives. You wouldn't even consider the rank of the pair in this case, since the three-of-a-kind takes precedence. The pairs are important, since they make the hands into full houses (if one king was missing, the five-ace full house would beat the seven trips), but you only compare the best set in this case.
you look at the hands and the numbers go's by fives the little hand is the hour hand and the big hand is the minit hand and the red hand is the seconds hand
a pair of nines would win, but it could be beaten by many others. If this is all you have you should fold.
29 - 3 fives in the hand with a jack. turn card has to be the fourth five of the same suit as the jack
the kings are that there is 4 kings in a deck of 52 cards and they are worth 10 points
In Pinochle, the points are calculated based on the cards in your hand. Aces are worth 11 points, tens are worth 10 points, kings are worth 4 points, queens are worth 3 points, jacks are worth 2 points, and nines are worth 0 points. The total points in a hand are added up to determine the score for that hand.
Four queens would win at poker if nobody holds a better hand. For example, four queens would be beaten by four kings or four aces. But if nobody holds a better hand, four queens would be the winning hand.
In the card game Nines, players aim to get a hand total of 9 or as close to it as possible. Each card is worth its face value, except for face cards which are worth 0. Players can draw and discard cards to improve their hand. The player with the closest total to 9 wins the round.
