I reckon you are looking at a scientific software which can help you do both....infact we are using a software package called as The Unscrambler and i would suggest you try it .It helps you do PCA, PLS , MCR etc with ease ...I have even heard about many other software packages but havn't really used them so cant really comment on those...

For what purpose multivariate analysis is used?

Used when you have an experiment with several related dependent measures. Also used to analyze data from a within subject design.

What are the Good and bad points of completely randomized design?

A completely randomized design (CRD) allows for straightforward implementation and statistical analysis, as it minimizes bias by randomly assigning treatments to experimental units. This design is particularly effective when experimental units are homogeneous, ensuring that any differences in outcomes can be attributed to the treatments. However, CRD may lead to variability in results if there are inherent differences among experimental units, potentially obscuring treatment effects. Additionally, it may not be suitable for all types of experiments, especially those requiring control over specific factors or when there are significant variations within the experimental units.

What should be included in an experimental design because of the way data is analyzed using statistics?

Replication should be included in an experimental design because of the way data is analyzed using statistics.

What should be included in an experimental design because of the way dated analyzed using statistics?

An experimental design should include clearly defined variables, such as independent and dependent variables, to facilitate accurate statistical analysis. Randomization is crucial to minimize bias and ensure that results are not influenced by confounding factors. Additionally, a well-defined sample size is necessary to achieve statistical power, allowing for reliable conclusions. Finally, control groups should be established to compare the effects of the experimental treatment effectively.

Define multivariate analysis?

Multivariate is the study of random variables which are multidimensional. Multivariate study is based on the statistical principle of multivariate statistics, which involves observation and analysis of more than one statistical variable at a time. In design and analysis, the technique is used to perform trade studies across multiple dimensions while taking into account the effects of all variables on the responses of interest.Multivariate study in MarketingStatistical procedure used in market research where more than one variable is analyzed at the same time. The goal of multivariate study is to identify statistical relationships between the variables, such as the relationship of home and family, or to gauge the dependence of the variables on each other through techniques such as conjoint-analysisor multidimensional scaling. Multivariate study in Dental:A set of techniques used when variation in several variables has to be studied simultaneously. In statistics, multivariate analysis is interpreted as any analytic method that allows simultaneous study of two or more dependent variables.Multivariate study in http://www.answers.com/library/Sports%20Science%20and%20Medicine-cid-9961188A statistical technique in which several dependent variables are analyzed simultaneously. For example, in a study of muscle strength, data may be collected on the age, type of training, and sex of the subjects being studied. In multivariate analysis, the effect of each of these variables can be examined, and also the interaction between them.
