The differnce between a verbal model and a algebraic model is that a verbal model is an equation written in words and a algebraic model is solving the equation from the verbal model.
An algebraic model uses variables and numbers. Example: x*54=648
By using ur brain
1. Organize the data for the model on the spreadsheet 2. Reserve separate cells in the spreadsheet to represent each decision variable in the algebraic model. 3. Create a formula in a cell in the spreadsheet that corresponds to the objective function in the algebraic model. 4. For each constraint, create a formula in a separate cell in the spreadsheet that corresponds to the left-hand-side of the constraint.
The hierarchical model is a restricted type of network model. Again, data is represented as collections of records and relationships are represented by sets. However, the hierarchical model allows a node to have only one parent. A hierarchical model can be represented as a tree graph, with records appearing as nodes (also called segments) and sets as edges.
The step in the critical thinking model that requires identifying the central problem or issue is analysis. This involves breaking down the situation or information to understand its components and identify the main problem that needs to be addressed. By pinpointing the central problem, one can focus on developing solutions and making informed decisions.
An idea, event, or object can be represented by symbols, words, images, or physical objects. It can also be represented through actions, stories, art, or technology. The choice of representation depends on the context and the message to be communicated.
Problem-based learning is a learning strategy that incorporates specific instructional preplanned activities, focused on a relevant learner problem, and allows for the flexibility of the situation and the learners in the classroom. This course model has its foundation in the theories of humanistic, learner-centered, and problem-centered design approaches.
A physical object can be represented by a 3D model.
