You can't really say who invented Mathematics per se, because the basics, like counting, are so natural to us it is hard to say who, if anyone, made it up. But as far as history tells us the first known record of Mathematics comes from ancient Egypt with the first known written numerals. There has been quite a lot of fuzz whether Ancient cultures were interconnected somehow and shared their knowledge or created it for themselves, but as the most primordial ones I'd consider the Egyptians, Babylonians and Greeks. It was in fact the Greeks who grasped Mathematics as a systematic system similarly as it is considered today.
