I think it is a quote by Andrew Carengie
"Watch the pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves." ― Benjamin Franklin
Watch Care means that you are away from your home church for a period of time but would like to fellowship with a church in the area you are staying for that time frame so you go forth under Watch Care. You do not have a voice, nor can you vote in church matters. You can hold any office within the church.
To increase the stiffness of men’s pennies, you can use materials with higher tensile strength, such as thicker fabrics or reinforced seams. Additionally, incorporating structural elements like interfacing or padding can provide added support. Choosing a tailored fit that reduces excess material can also enhance overall stiffness. Finally, proper care and storage, like avoiding excessive washing or folding, can help maintain their shape.

On a watch, "10m" typically indicates that the timepiece is water-resistant up to a depth of 10 meters. However, this doesn't mean it can be used for diving; it’s generally suitable for everyday activities like splashes or brief immersion in water. It's important to note that water resistance can diminish over time, so regular checks and proper care are advisable.
"Watch the pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves." ― Benjamin Franklin
I've said it several times.
Look after the details, whether monetary or otherwise, and the larger issues will also be taken care of. I.e., make sure you brush your teeth after breakfast every day (little thing) and your teeth (big thing) will be fine. The term comes from British coins which are denominated in pennies and pounds (= 100 pennies). The expression could be expressed in American terms as "If you're careful about pennies, you'll end up with a lot of dollars", but of course the meaning is much broader as noted.

It depends. In my experience, parents who put their children in day-care have more time to work, and so have more money; whereas parents who watch after children themselves are ultimately closer to their children.
No the owners take care of them
What is the meaning of Take care of the sense and the sounds will take care of themselves? It's a quote from Lewis Carroll's masterpiece Alice's Adventures In Wonderland. As Martin Gardner stated in The Annotated Alice "(I)t's an ingenious switch on the British proverb ' Take care of the pence and the pounds will take care of themselves'.
