There are lots of adverbs for that verb if you think about it. Like proudly succeeded, happily succeeded, finally succeeded and (this is a weird one) successfully succeeded.
If she was 30 when her son was born, then the minimum age she can be is 40 because the minimum age the kid can be is 10. That would make the father 50 because 40 + 10=50. 50+50=100.
