You first bring them to equivalent fractions and then compare numerators(top).

The LCM of '6' & '15' is '30'.

Hence bring both fractions to an equivalence of '30'

.

5/6 = 25/30

& 13/15 = 26/30

25 < 26

Hence 25/30 < 26/30

It follows that 5/6 < 13/15
