fifty-second and if it was in number if would be 52nd

Ordinal. Tests responses are usually correct or incorrect. This would be assigned a value and the number of correct answers is the score of the test. There is a logical order, a correct answer is better than an incorrect answer, so it is not nominal data. Even though we calculate averages, test responses are not interval data, as there is no meaning to the interval. See related link.
No, but the ordinal number of 23 is: 23rd. In words it would be: twenty-third.

Technically is an ordinal level measurement - because the options imply a hierarchy (i.e low to high levels of your variable of interest), but we cannot say that the difference between each level is precisely the same as you would be able to with an interval measurement. There is some controversy over this though, and it is still often used like an interval measurement in statistical tests, although this might not really be appropriate.
Expressed in words, the equivalent ordinal number for the cardinal number 26 would be twenty-sixth.
no as ordinal is in a precise order and you casnnot predict peoples answers to the questions as you would have to have all of the yes' then all of the nos.
