Edit: All of the HDs are made in the U.S. Some parts are from overseas, but the bikes still meet the qualifications required to be labeled, "Made in the U.S.A.".
EDIT: Harley Davidson Motorcycles are assembled in the incredible awesome city of Milwaukee WI, where the company was formed, along with plants scattered around the country. The main ish is in the Mil though.
Harley has opened an assembly plant in Haryana, India. Also they do use some parts from Japan, Italy, Germany and other countries. So I guess "assembled" in USA might fit better than "made" in USA. Kind of misleading.

Probably Harleys. I heard that Harley's dominate population 33% worldwide. I don't know but I totally like Harleys better than all of them.
