This is a time and date sensitive question, depending on the year and/or time of year different Brands and models can have the honor of being the fastest "Stock Four Wheeler" in the world.

In 2009 including variables the Yamaha Raptor 700R just squeak past the other models in the shootouts.

In reality being the fastest "Stock" ATV depends on the rider, type of course and terrain, Gearing etc., for ATV's top speed isn't important (they were designed for off-road), it's how fast you reach top speed (acceleration) , in this particular shootout these were the results: ( Keep in mind these results were almost to close to call )

bull crap the raptor is not even in the top 5 the aerodynamics suck horribly bad and the cannondal is the fastest ATV reaching speeds of 105 stock also the raptor 660 would beat a raptor 700 because the 700s have a thing on the motor where you cant go as fast.
