ok it doesn't matter what your id number is all you need to do is use the explorer kit and go under ground and eventually you will find one but yeah i got one with in the first few digs

it actually depends on your ID number. if the last number in your ID is even, you will get a shieldon. if the last number is odd, you get cranidos. you will have to evole them too

Go to the Oreburgh Museum, talk to the righter guy in the lefter-upper corner at the bar, that accepts the fossil, then go in and out, and accept the Pokémon.
